I have a 15,000 sf building that I can subdivide into spaces as small as 500 sf. up to 5,000 sf. The price includes taxes, insurance, maintenance, dumpster, water, electricity, security and landscaping. The building has three loading docks, 16’ ceilings, dock high and open span. The zoning is for warehouse storage.

Our normal price is .85 cents per sq. ft. per month, but for the month of Oct. we are reducing the price to .60 cents per sf per month for space. That price will be honored for the duration of the terms of the rental agreements signed in Oct. At the signing of the agreement the first month rent and a deposit in the same amount will be due. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the agreement if the space is left in the same condition as received. If clean up and repairs are required that will be paid for out of the deposit with the balance, if any, refunded.
500 sf X .60 cents = $ 300 per month
1,000 sf x .60 cents = $ 600 per month
2,500 sf x .60 cents = $1,500 per month
5,000 sf x .60 cents = $3,000 per month
