For sale is an ongoing work from home business that sells vintage items on line through a very well known web platform. We have been operating this business from home for about 2 years now, but are getting ready to retire and move out of state.

There are currently 1,377 active listings (actual number varies from day to day) of various items at a total listing price of over $51,000. You would be purchasing all those items in bulk at about $.25 on the $1.00 (a 75% bulk discount to the total listing prices). This business has been doing about $2,000 in monthly sales for the past 12 months on a monthly average of around 70 items sold.  
It takes about 6-12 hours per month to package and ship the items, and would take more time if you decide to list additional items on the store. You would need to pick up the active items as a condition of the sale, so a local purchase (Needles, Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City, or Kingman) is most likely the best fit.  

You might also cancel the listings and put the items in a regular walk in store, or sell them in bulk to a vintage item store, or a thrift store, or any combination. They will be yours, so you can do whatever you like with them.  


However, the listings have taken considerable effort to accurately photograph, describe, and price, so you will be getting that valuable work product included for no additional cost. If you assume and continue our account and fulfillment practices, you should net about $700 per month after all listing fees, payment processing fees, and shipping costs have been deducted. This works out to $116-230 per hour if you decide only to continue the present listings.

We also have additional available inventory that you could add to your listings. Those would be at an additional cost, but at similar markdown if purchased in bulk. Our items are from the liquidation of the inventory of a 6,000 square foot traditional community drug store that had been in business for decades. 

We also have a bunch of store fixtures available if you need something to organize or display the items.
